How to Play Number Connect
Number Connect is a mesmerizing puzzle that tests your spatial awareness and logic.
Basic Rules
- The Objective: You are given a grid with pairs of identical numbers. You must connect all matching pairs with a continuous pipe (line).
- Drawing Lines: Tap and drag from one number to another matching number to draw a line.
- No Crossing: Pipes cannot cross or overlap each other. If you draw a pipe across an existing one, the old one will break!
- Obstacles: Some grids may contain blocks or walls. You cannot draw pipes through these obstacles.
- Fill the Board: The puzzle is only solved when ALL matching numbers are connected AND every single empty square on the grid is filled with a pipe. No empty spaces are allowed!
Pro Strategies
- Hug the Walls: When drawing a line around the edge of the board, keep it as tight to the walls or obstacles as possible. Don't leave a 1-block gap between your pipe and the wall, as it will likely become an unfillable dead end.
- Connect Adjacent Pairs First: If two matching numbers are right next to each other, connect them immediately! They are usually the easiest to solve and reduce the complexity of the board.
- Look for Bottlenecks: Identify areas of the board that only have one way in and one way out. Only one pipe can pass through these "choke points".

Q: What if I make a mistake? A: Simply click or tap on an existing pipe to instantly break it and clear the path.
Q: Why isn't my puzzle completing even though all numbers are connected? A: Check the board carefully! You must cover 100% of the playable grid squares. If even one non-obstacle square is empty, the level is not complete.
